Congratulations! Your abstract has been accepted for oral presentation. 

It gives me great pleasure to invite you to take part as a chairperson at the XVIIIth FIGO World Congress to be held in Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia between 5^th and 10^th November 2006.

The Scientific Programme Committee has tried to develop a varied, interesting and scientifically based programme. We hope that the congress will provide continuing medical education for obstetricians and gynaecologists as well as information on cutting edge science in our specialty. We will have an extensive programme covering all aspects of our specialty over five days. As you probably know, the FIGO World Congress is the largest congress in the field of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. We expect a large number of participants. Many eminent speakers have accepted our invitation to speak at the Congress.

If you accept our invitation, you will be asked to chair the session entitled “Laparoscopic Surgery (I)”.  This is the session where you will also present your paper for free communication.  Details of the topics of presentations in your session, information on the exact time schedule of your session and the instructions for chairpersons will be sent to you later.

Your participation as a chairperson and contribution to the activities of FIGO and its wider commitment to improving women’s health will be deeply appreciated.
